Stop "Asking" Girls Out!

Do not ask girls out if you want them to go on dates with you. What I mean by that is that you shouldn't text things like: "Hey do you want to go out someday?" - question mark. Instead, say things like: "Hey let's grab a drink some day!" - exclamation mark. That shows that you're confident, decisive and used to women wanting to go out with you. It also just feels more exciting than a question. You're not seeking for her approval or putting her on a pedestal. You're just extending an invitation to have a great experience with you. If she accepts - great. If she doesn't - it's her loss. That should be your mindset.
